Graffiti - Fun or Dumb?

Industrial film targeting teenagers showcasing evidence that graffiti isn't fun: it's just dumb. Featuring "testimonials" from "real" students, on-the-street footage, and taggers in action, you'll want to put that spray can on the shelf for good!
